Mr Vella Bray brings to the table a wealth of experience in Marketing and Senior Management both in Malta and abroad, as he has worked with companies such as British Airways, the Malta Tourism Authority and leading DMCs. He also holds qualifications in Psychology, Hospitality, sales and marketing and is a Fellow of Victoria College London.
Abigail Mifsud is the Assistant Manager of Jasmine Nursing Home. She is a University graduate in B.A (Hons) Social Policy.
The areas that interested her are children and the elderly. In fact one of her University placement was in Saint Vincent de Paul.
Ilona holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Malta. She is a registered physiotherapist with the Council for the Professions Complementary to Medicine (CPCM).
Ilona joined Jasmine Nursing Home during September 2018.
She looks for providing care to all residents and helping them maintain a good quality of life through active ageing. She is committed to making a difference in people’s lives by improving their health, decreasing their pain and rehabilitating them after injury or disease.
Outside of work, Ilona is a qualified gymnastics coach and regularly coaches students in different sports entities.
Brigette graduated as a nurse in 1984 and has worked in geriatric nursing with the government for 9 years. She has also worked in private nursing homes for the past 18 years.
She loves working with elderly people and it is her passion to help them spend their last few years in comfort, giving them the love and care that they deserve.
Marko Stamenkovic, from Nis, Serbia, graduated 2005 in Physiotherapy department of Medical school ‘Dr Milenko Hadzic’. He has worked in Military hospital and private surgical hospital with ‘ Dr Djoric’ in Nis between 2012 and 2015. Also posseses a masters degree in Biology in which he graduated in 2012, University of Nis.
Came to live in Malta in 2015. Started working for Caring first in 2016.
Jacqueline Lia has been a Senior Supervisor at Jasmine Nursing Home for the past year. She has been working in the caring industry for the past ten years and she plans to continue aiding the elderly for another ten years.
Her job consists of leading carers in assisting residents accordingly with their daily routine, also she takes care of various activities to keep the residents entertained and make them feel more at home. She loves her job and loves the residents and gives all her best to satisfy all their needs and requests as if they where family.
